What is your returns policy?

Please email us at hello@thewkndglow.com.au with any enquiries about returns. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you are covered by our 14 day policy of receiving your goods. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can not provide you with a refund or an exchange. For more information on our returns policy, visit our Returns & Refunds Policy page.

Do I need to get a return confirmation before returning products?

Yes. If you are wanting to return your products back to use for any reason, please email us at hello@thewkndglow.com.au and wait for a confirmation.

For all returns, we recommend sending returns via a registered postal service with a tracking number. Customers will be required to pay for postage fees and insurance. The wknd GLOW will not be responsible for lost, theft and / or damaged goods during transit.

How long do I have to return the products?

You are covered by our 14 day policy of receiving your products. Please email us, hello@thewkndglow.com.au, a picture of the product along with a reason for return.

Are there any restrictions on returning the products?

The product must be 90% unused and in its original packaging.

Will I receive a refund or exchange when I return the products?

If 14 days have gone by since receiving your products, unfortunately we can not provide you with a refund or an exchange.

All approved refunds will be provided with a store credit of the original product, excluding the postage fee. The wknd Glow only replaces items, or offers full refunds, if an item received is defective or damaged.
