Returns Policy

Returns

At The wknd GLOW, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you are covered by our 14 day policy of receiving your goods. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can not provide you with a refund or an exchange.

To be eligble for a return, please email us, hello@thewkndglow.com.au, a picture of the product along with a reason for return. Please note that the product must be 90% unused and in its original packaging.

We recommend sending returns via a registered postal service with a tracking number. You will be required to pay for postage fees and insurance. The wknd GLOW will not be responsible for lost, theft and / or damaged goods during transit.

Refunds

Once The wknd GLOW has received your returns, we will inspect the goods and notify you via email that we have received your return item within 24 hours. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All approved refunds will be provided with a store credit of the original product, excluding the postage fee within a certain amount of days. A store credit will be in the form of a gift card / discount code to be used within a certain amount of days.

Damaged items

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please email a picture and order number to hello@thewkndglow.com.au within 5 days of receiving the goods. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving the email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@thewkndglow.com.au

Sale items

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanged (if applicable)

We only replace items, or offer full refunds, if an item received is defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please send an email and include a detailed description of the fault and a photo to hello@thewkndglow.com.au to resolve this.

Incorrect order

If you've received an incorrect item/s in your order, please send us an email within 5 days of delivery and also include a photo showing the unused, incorrect item/s to hello@thewkndglow.com.au
