Body Polish FAQs

What is Body Polish

Formerly known as Sugar Scrubs, The wknd Glow's Body Polish is blended with sugar grantulates and organic plant-based oils. Our body polishes hydrate your skin even after your shower while softly and efficiently removing dead skin cells making it perfect for all skin types.

When should I use Body Polish?

Use The wknd Glow's Body Polish right after showering or bathing, as well as right after using body wash, soap, or shower gel. This makes sure that your skin is clean and ready for exfoliation, and the warm water ensures that your skin is damp and soft.

Where can I use The wknd Glow's Body Polish?

The wknd Glow's Body Polishes are made to exfoliate your body. We do not recommend for facial use as the natural oils in the body polish can be too dense for the skin on the face.

How often should I use a Body Polish?

2-3 times a week to get the best glowing results! Over-exfoliation can lead to dry and irritated skin so make sure to always exfoliate gently in circular motions.

How do I use The wknd Glow's Body Polishes?

Soften your skin with warm water. Apply a small amount of The wknd Glow's body polish using dry hands. Gently scrub onto body in circular motions. Rinse with warm water and dry off!

In addition to hydrating your skin, the natural oils in our scrubs help to lock in moisture, giving your skin a healthy and radiant glow.

The wknd Glow's Body Polishes are a wash off exfoliator. After gently applying the sugar scrub, wash off with warm water.

Do I use Body Polish before or after body wash?

Use the body polish after body wash so your skin is clean and prepped for the exfoliant.

How long should I wait before moisturising after I exfoliate using the Body Polish?

After you have washed off the body polish and dried off, you should moisturise your skin straight away. This ensures that moisture is locked into your skin.

Do I need to moisturise after using the Body Polish?

100%! Even though our sugar scrubs include natural oils that hydrate your skin, it is still super important to lock in moisture by moisturising after using our sugar scrubs!

Can I use the Body Polish on my face?

We recommend not using the body polish as a facial exfoliant. Even though our body polish is made with all things natural, the oils are thicker in consistency than the facial oils you use.

What should I do before I use Body Polish?

Put on your favourite shower song and soak your body in warm water. Use body wash then gently exfoliate your body using your favourite body polish. Make sure to scrub in gentle circular motions for best glowing results!
